A reference brand! For more than thirty years now, the Beillevaire couple, originally from the Nantes region, have been spreading cheese dairies throughout the West. Today, nearly 400 different varieties of cheese are matured in the cellars of this semi-industrial company, for which the taste and authenticity of the products remain essential values. Here are some of its most local products: Machecoulais, Mojette, Rocher nantais or Pont d'Yeu, a very mild goat cheese with an ashen crust. There are also, of course, cheeses from other regions of France, as well as from abroad, such as Taleggio from Italy, Casa Matias from Portugal or the famous monk's head from the Swiss Jura. In addition to all these wonders, the shop also offers raw cream, different types of butter, yoghurts and homemade cottage cheese.
