LE CHARLESTON
A stone's throw from the Château de Baugé - which is very practical when you have a busy tour schedule - Le Charleston Brewery offers unpretentious cuisine. The menu is not overloaded: andouillettes, duck confit, turkey roulade, prime rib or steak tartare for those hungry for meat, or large salads for those who prefer greenery. The decoration is as classic as the dishes on offer, but the welcome from the owners is very warm. The service is fast and efficient, but in season it is better to book. This is an address to remember for those who have little time and want a good price/quality ratio.
