A superb restaurant with a terrace in Beaucouzé, an address not to be missed in the gastronomy of the Pays de la Loire.

L'Hoirie's cuisine celebrates fresh, local produce in gastronomic creations that are as inventive as they are successful. Enjoy foie gras as an appetizer or a modest egg mayonnaise in a classy, modern setting. The beef fillet is cooked to perfection, while the pork pluma is accompanied by Thai-style ravioli: we'd like more! For dessert, chocolate creations such as the "noisette de chocolat": a crunchy ball of milky chocolate with hazelnut praline, or the famous mi-cuit.

La réputation de l'Hoirie n'est plus à prouver, elle fait partie des très bonnes tables d'Anjou,l'accord des vins est en parfaite harmonie avec les menus très bien conseillé,le souci d'esthétisme et de qualité gustative des plats sont bien présentes.
Un agréable moment en famille ou avec des amis dans une ambiance conviviale.
