L'Hoirie's cuisine celebrates fresh, local produce in gastronomic creations that are as inventive as they are successful. Enjoy foie gras as an appetizer or a modest egg mayonnaise in a classy, modern setting. The beef fillet is cooked to perfection, while the pork pluma is accompanied by Thai-style ravioli: we'd like more! For dessert, chocolate creations such as the "noisette de chocolat": a crunchy ball of milky chocolate with hazelnut praline, or the famous mi-cuit.
