The beef fillet is cooked to perfection, while the pork pluma is accompanied by Thai-style ravioli: we'd like more! For dessert, chocolate creations such as the "noisette de chocolat": a crunchy ball of milky chocolate with hazelnut praline, or the famous mi-cuit.
