No matter how many times we return each year, it's impossible to get enough of the view from this restaurant on the charming little square of Ruzebouc, facing the Loire River. You'll enjoy a varied cuisine, sometimes with a touch of the exotic. Start with octopus salad and crudités, or Vendée oysters; snack on teriyaki salmon pavé and pan-fried vegetables, or fillet of beef with gorgonzola; finish with a crémet d'Anjou or tonka bean crème brûlée for dessert.
