The chef cooks excellent dishes of the day: grilled meats, Basque chicken, duck breast... In winter, true to his origins, every Friday lunchtime he takes pleasure in making a succulent cassoulet in the purest Toulouse tradition. Let's add a beautiful variety of buckwheat pancakes, among which the impressive gastronomy which alone makes up a complete meal. We also greatly appreciate the quality of the pancakes, which are at once fine, soft and a little crunchy. Finally, the ice creams, made in Brittany, complete the reputation of this establishment.
