Les Chalandoux, a dynamic association offering traditional boat trips on the Loire.
Chalandoux are the ancient bargemen who plied the Loire from the 17th to the 19th century, and this original and dynamic association specializes in building and restoring old Loire boats. For over two years, a traditional boat, the Gabarot, has been built using materials from the past and techniques of today. The association offers trips on the Loire, and construction of a new boat has been launched for spring 2024.
