DOMAINE DU PETIT VAL
Denis, Jeanine and Simon Goizil welcome us in a beautiful cellar built under the house. By tasting a glass of white, red or rosé, dry or soft, you discover the wealth of their production in the open houses and their distinctions. The vast majority of the 47 ha of the vineyard is planted in grape varieties and cabernet, the first producing mainly of the coteaux-du-layon, including the cuvée Simon, tastly tasty and fresh, which is harvested from beautiful concentrated fruit and will make happy to aperitifs. The meadow facilitates a strong expression of the soil in these wines, such as the bonnet La Montagne, the name of the hillside that sees it mature. On-call wine, this sparkle comes from the fifties of old years… The anjou and light villages and the well-molded tannins accompany all meals including fresh fish on fish. Rosé, anjou-like cabernet and rosé-of-anjou, developed for the latter especially from gamay beaujolais. From this chai also come out of the raw-loser, white or rosé, that you will appreciate aperitif until dessert.
