LA CERVOISERIE
Both a cellar and a bar, Cervoiserie is a temple of draught and bottled beer, but not just any beer. They are all selected by master cervoisiers, experts from the production to the tasting of the beer. They are able to tell you why beer is lager while another is amber or brown, why some beers are bitterer than others, what is the difference between a traditional beer and an abbey beer. Even louder: you give some indications about the beer you would like to drink and the master cervoisier will provide you with the beer of your expectations. At the Cervoiserie, we enter to buy a beer, to taste, because a counter is specifically dedicated, to spend a friendly moment around beers and sausages, to participate in the aperitifs on Friday and Saturday evenings or special evenings.
