Charming hotel and starred restaurant in Bidart
Enjoy a pleasant moment of relaxation in a haven of peace between Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
At the Ibarboure Brothers, the Table and the Hostellerie is a family story. Gastronomic restaurant on the Basque coast, starred in the Michelin guide, it is today carried by the new generation of brothers, Xabi and Patrice Ibarboure.
The two young brothers offer you a creative menu, based on local and foreign products, but also on the revisited dishes from the past that have made the reputation of the restaurant.
In the dining room, the decoration has been entirely renovated in 2015 without abandoning its past heritage. One will notice a return to nature, noble materials such as wood and stone, the colors are soft and mineral.
On the hostelry side, you will find a 4 star hotel with a heated swimming pool, classified Relais du Silence, located in the heart of a two hectare park.
