TOPA - CIDRE
Topa cider ("the encounter" in Basque) is an exceptional beverage. With a long history in the Basque country, it has been making a name for itself over the past 6 years thanks to the tenacity of 2 friends, Pascal and Grégoire, the founders of this artisanal nugget located in Bidart. Topa cider, which can be found on fine tables, in wine shops and delicatessens, is made from over 12 varieties of apples grown in the orchards of the Basque country. Its fruity, aromatic character comes from 4 months of natural fermentation at low temperature. Numerous awards!
