LA BOULE D'OR
Who loves tradition will find his happiness here! Firstly, in the framework: old beams in the large room, a fireplace to warm the atmosphere and tables well spaced. The service and reception are always courteous without being familiar. And on the plate finally, because the fish of Loire (and Loir!) are in honour: Perch filet, perch, but also sea fish such as roasted wolf or turbot, and always accompanied with seasonal or old vegetables (for example, parsnips). Desserts are also appreciated with the flowing chocolate duo or fresh fruit panacotta. As for the region's small vintages, you can take the time to enjoy them without fear… The hotel is also a hotel!
