The restaurant is housed in a charming 18th-century tufa stone residence. On the plates, the chef offers tasty, gourmet French cuisine, concocted with fresh, seasonal produce. Starters include pumpkin velouté with a perfect winter egg, followed by Loire pike, creamy wheat and, finally, a warm soufflé. Réservation par téléphone le 8/07 pour le 12/07 au soir vers 19h30- 20h. Refus de la personne que je confirme par mail . Arrivée vers 19h45: aucune réservation de faite; puis on se fait presque sermonner car réservation prise à 12h !ce qui n'est pas possible puisqu'attendu à Fontevraud à 16h . Aucune excuse aucune proposition pour le second service on vous laisse en plan :
non ce restaurant n'est pas pro !

Excellent, rien à dire bons accords. Saveurs excellente. Cuisine traditionnelle mais dans le bon sens du terme. .. cuisson du poisson parfaitement maîtrisée ... en bref une excellente adresse à faire absolument sur Fontevraud .....merci à vous .....réservation impératif
