MARCHÉ BIO DE BILLERE
This old market from Palaise, which recently celebrated its 40th anniversary, has successfully migrated to the Billère market hall. Organic agriculture is available in all its forms thanks to about thirty traders coming mainly from Bearn or neighbouring departments such as the Hautes-Pyrénées, Landes or Gers. Quality, freshness and conviviality are the order of the day: seasonal fruits and vegetables of course, but also meats and poultry, cheeses, breads and honey, teas and coffees, and fair trade products. Mini-conferences on ecology and climate are sometimes organized. Under this beautiful wooded hall, you can combine business with pleasure!
