In the heart of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park, Miel Girard La Maison des Abeilles has been perpetuating exceptional beekeeping expertise since 1920. This family-run business, founded in 1920 and taken over in 2021 by the Beaufils family, perpetuates ancestral know-how in a richly biodiverse environment. With a stock of 800 hives, it produces some twenty varieties of top-quality honey, from its own production and carefully selected partnerships. The Maison des Abeilles opens its doors on special weekends in July and August, offering free tours of the apiary and tastings.
