Christian Jouteau passed the torch to his son-in-law Julien Guérif in July 2022! This craftsman restores even the most recalcitrant blades to their former glory. There's even a special grinding wheel for sharpening bread knives! Ideal for old kitchen knives, or for sewing, hairdressing and embroidery scissors. The workshop also handles the tools of professionals such as surgeons, industrialists, craftsmen and butchers. A European clientele has also fallen in love with its unrivalled services.
