BIOFOURNIL
Originally, it was a family bakery created in 1902. Little by little, the small company grew to become involved in the manufacture of organic bread in 1978 with a key ingredient that came into being in 1980: old-fashioned sourdough. A long and lasting history, as well as its investment in healthy and rational consumption. 40 years later, Biofournil has created more than 95 jobs. The company has tripled its production area over the past 10 years and invested in new tools adapted to its quality requirements. Today, Biofournil produces baked breads, pre-baked gilded breads of all kinds, including gluten-free. A range of sandwich loaves, brioches, biscuits and pastries is also available in retail stores whose menu is available on its website.
