LES DÉLICES DE KAHINA
Moroccan perspirations from the decor to the bottom of the plate, passing through a rather rare choice of good red wines from the Maghreb. The master of the place is not a beginner. He is passionate about life and therefore about people, good food and good drinking. In the kitchen, a very Moroccan chef, used to spices for many years. So we do not taste here a pseudo oriental cuisine, but a real tribute to the Moroccan country that distills all the best that it produces. A farandole of couscous with chickpeas and macerated and perfumed grapes, of course, but tagines that are more flavoured one another, more salty or sweeter, it depends on, and where the lamb is king, but not only. Crunchy bricks, powerful vegetables with spicy flavours, invigorating salads and an oriental burger with absolutely divine merguez flavours. We end these beautiful surprises with a very sweet and intoxicating mint tea, warm and served with majesty, fresh or dried fruit desserts with often the very particular elegance of orange blossom notes. The prices are fair, the welcome is frank and warm, some food is to be taken away, the tables are spaced and the parking is easy.
