For over 20 years, this vineyard has been cultivated according to the principles of organic farming. Certified biodynamic since 2010, the estate prioritizes quality, while respecting the vine's cycle. The main grape variety is Cabernet Franc, whose wines bear original names. The flagship cuvée, Bagatelle, is a lively wine with red fruit aromas. Free mousse Pet Nat is a sparkling wine, while saumur rouge l'Enchentoir is aged in amphorae and oak barrels. A K' sa Tête, made from pineau d'Aunis, diversifies the production.
