A charming address offering a refined cuisine in Ponts-de-Cé.

Le Bosquet is a great place to visit all year round, but it's in fine weather that the charm of the place really shines through, with its pretty guinguette-style terrace overlooking the waters of the Louet. A bucolic setting for top-flight local cuisine! Scallop risotto, sea bass pavé with white asparagus, grilled beef fillet with foie gras escalope... The dishes are carefully presented and the service adorable, right through to the desserts, with strawberry sablé and mascarpone cream, or pain de Gênes, cocoa ganache and buckwheat caramel.

La cuisine francaise dans son excellence. Un cadre agréable, un service juste parfait avec une cuisine haute de gamme. Menus à 40 et 48 € de grande qualité. Avec amuses-bouches, large choix de vins et plateau de fromage. Personnel aussi efficace que sympathique. Bref, vaut le trajet depuis notre résidence à Angers. Merci.
