A charming address offering a refined cuisine in Ponts-de-Cé.

Le Bosquet is a great place to visit all year round, but it's in fine weather that the charm of the place really shines through, with its pretty guinguette-style terrace overlooking the waters of the Louet. A bucolic setting for top-flight local cuisine! Scallop risotto, sea bass pavé with white asparagus, grilled beef fillet with foie gras escalope... The dishes are carefully presented and the service adorable, right through to the desserts, with strawberry sablé and mascarpone cream, or pain de Gênes, cocoa ganache and buckwheat caramel.

Le restaurant gastronomique est une agréable surprise, nous avons pris le menu le louet et nous n'avons pas été déçu, mentions spéciales au rissoto de noix saint Jacques et au dessert aux figues pochées, nos recommandons vivement ce restaurant
