His unabashed passion for cheese and the culinary art of tasting it, including wines, is demonstrated by the huge display case dedicated to the fruits of milk. But the pretty shop is also a delicatessen, a cellar, a cheese shop and a greengrocer. There's plenty of room for Angevine creations, including chocolates, cookies and pastries. Then there's a wine section, primeurs, jams and honeys, sweets and sweets and, of course, spreads for aperitifs.
