The bauges, the haunts of wild animals, have given their name to these clay soils that have inspired men. In the 19th century, there were dozens of terracotta craftsmen in Les Rairies, and the Le Croc workshop continues the tradition. A tour offers to discover an authentic know-how and to understand the work of the terracotta. The tours, which reveal a rare collection of wood-fired tiles, have saved the brickworks from oblivion!
