Bistronomic cuisine to enjoy in a restaurant with terrace and beautiful view on the Louet.

Ros[o] is first and foremost, of course, the panoramic view of the Louet river below. It's unique! The terrace is very popular in fine weather, but the dining room is equally pleasant, with its modern, uncluttered decor. In the kitchen, former Casa Corneille chef Tony Pasquier serves up gourmet bistronomic dishes with straightforward flavors. Crispy scallops, lamb chops and creamy polenta, roast marcassin and pommes grenailles... For dessert, the intriguing chocolate-hazelnut or apple-vanilla desserts are full of surprises.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec des plats délicieux aussi bien visuellement que gustativement.

C'est trop raffiné pour moi.
Je suis gourmands en sucré. Par exemple pour ce dessert comprenant du kiwi et de la meringue, les quantités sont si infimes que je suis restée frustrée. Il y a beaucoup de travail dans tous les plats, pour moi plus simple c'est mieux. La cuisson des viandes était parfaite, rosée, tendre, bravo !
Je retenterai bien un midi, c'est peut-être plus simple. Merci pour votre bonne humeur.

La cuisine est digne d'un Grand Chef, je me suis régalé vraiment. Je vous conseille de venir déguster et juger par vous même.
