This estate is planted with cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, grolleau, gamay, chenin and chardonnay. The whole range of wines from the Angevin terroir, with its 11 Appellations d'Origine Contrôlée. Although the rosé wines make up the bulk of the production, the owners make sure to have long macerations (for the red) and ageing for at least two years for the Anjou-Villages-brissac, Bonnezeaux and Cabernet. The treatment of the vines also makes it possible to produce some of the best Cabernet d'Anjou, fruity in the mouth with their very lively nose of redcurrant and raspberry. Finally, the Crémant de Loire is made from 4 grape varieties on vines that are around 20 years old.
