DOMAINE DE BELLE RIVE
In Rochefort-sur-Loire, on the left bank of the river, the vineyard of Belle Rive extends over over 35 hectares spread over several typical and reputed Anjou designations: 12 hectares of quarters of Chaume, 19 hectares of Chaume and 7 hectares of Savennières. 3 names and 3 properties - the Château Bellerive, the Château de Varennes and the Château de Guimonière - operate here the white channel, the noble and emblematic grape of Anjou. The historic vineyard was resumed in 2005 by Alain Château, a passionate industrialist who acquired the services of a famous Bordeaux oenologist, Denis Dubourdieu. Respect for the earth and know-how, manual harvesting, traditional fermentation in oak barrels… The Domaine de Belle Rive "new generation" has kept its range of master wines. Don't go around the corner without tasting this great liquorous wine of the Quarter of Chaume: a Château Bellerive AOC. A beautiful golden dress, intense aromas of ripe fruit and exotic fruit notes. A reference!
