Chenin, Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Franc, everything here is cultivated in biodynamic methods. A true fan of this terroir, Vanessa has no shortage of projects for her estate. Making sure to exploit its full potential while respecting nature, ecology and equality, this is a magnificent project that we can only applaud. It's hard to resist the urge to come and complete her cellar with vintages as mythical as they are ethical!
