Fouées to taste in an unusual restaurant in Doué-en-Anjou.
In these cathedrals you will not see gothic vaults but astonishing ogives (up to 12 meters high) characteristic of the falun quarries. You will be served fouées (or fouaces), these traditional breads cooked in a wood fire filled with regional products of your choice: mogettes from Vendée, mushrooms or rillettes, goat cheese from Poitou, all accompanied by Saumur wine! A magical sound and light show in an unusual restaurant that you won't forget!

Super expérience dans ce restaurant. Service au top. Nous n'avions pas réservé mais ils ont tout de même adapté le menu pour que je puisse manger (végétarienne) et c'était très bon !
