Fouées to taste in an unusual restaurant in Doué-en-Anjou.
In these cathedrals you will not see gothic vaults but astonishing ogives (up to 12 meters high) characteristic of the falun quarries. You will be served fouées (or fouaces), these traditional breads cooked in a wood fire filled with regional products of your choice: mogettes from Vendée, mushrooms or rillettes, goat cheese from Poitou, all accompanied by Saumur wine! A magical sound and light show in an unusual restaurant that you won't forget!

Nous nous régalés.
Au final on mange beaucoup de fouées (pain) mais peu du reste. Le menu gagnerait à comprendre d’autres petits plats pour nous faire goûter davantage de spécialités de la région.
