This restaurant, just a stone's throw from the Bioparc, is the perfect place to stop and enjoy dishes based on local, fresh produce bought directly from producers. The welcome is as perfect as the plates, which are all beautifully presented. For starters, the chef offers a roasted half mango with pan-fried foie gras escalope, followed by smoked salmon with lemon emulsion for the main course. To finish, a crémet d'Anjou with mango coulis or a chestnut and almond tartlet. A highly recommended address!
