Cooking with local products in a restaurant close to the Biopark.

This restaurant, just a stone's throw from the Bioparc, is the perfect place to stop and enjoy dishes based on local, fresh produce bought directly from producers. The welcome is as perfect as the plates, which are all beautifully presented. The chef is renowned for his sauces, such as crème de girolles, foie gras or savennières sauce. Roast duck breast with truffle jus is recommended, with a cremet d'Anjou with mango coulis or chestnut tartlet to finish. A highly recommended address!

Arrival and a hair on soup and my grandmother said, the terrace and not desire for putting me inside, never mind, offered me a table nicely setup on the porch of the entrance to the restaurant... a little waiting quickly forgotten by the efforts of the owner and waitresses to make up for lost time with the success of the places, a good small meal very pleasant... it is a shame that the hotel was full there this evening... I would have extended the moment well... Slopes of the tailboard excellent. Meal and traditional presentation... a Stopover... I will get there.
