Cooking with local products in a restaurant close to the Biopark.

This restaurant, just a stone's throw from the Bioparc, is the perfect place to stop and enjoy dishes based on local, fresh produce bought directly from producers. The welcome is as perfect as the plates, which are all beautifully presented. The chef is renowned for his sauces, such as crème de girolles, foie gras or savennières sauce. Roast duck breast with truffle jus is recommended, with a cremet d'Anjou with mango coulis or chestnut tartlet to finish. A highly recommended address!

Un hôtel excellemment bien tenus dans la grande tradition française. Grandes chambres et belle salle de bain , literie de qualité et propreté irréprochable. Au restaurant pour le dîner comme pour le petit déjeuner , une belle maîtrise culinaire avec des produits de qualité. Accueil et service prévenant et sympathique.
Merci pour l’accueil de notre Fox terrier. Un petit bémol le jacuzzi non fonctionnel.
