This restaurant, just a stone's throw from the Bioparc, is the perfect place to stop and enjoy dishes based on local, fresh produce bought directly from producers. The welcome is as perfect as the plates, which are all beautifully presented. The chef is renowned for his sauces, such as crème de girolles, foie gras or savennières sauce. Roast duck breast with truffle jus is recommended, with a cremet d'Anjou with mango coulis or chestnut tartlet to finish. A highly recommended address!
