DOMAINE SAINT JUST
In the triangle Brézé, St. Cyr and Montreuil-Birthplace, limestone trays house the plots of the area created in 1996 by Yves Lambert (now Deceased). Her son, Arnaud joined his father in 2005 and is now head of the vineyard of 41 ha. To live this land historically devoted to large white wines on various basements to develop white vintages, but also to haunt typical typiques in the corner and wines more on the margins. An application to reasoned culture led Arnaud to convert to organic farming in 2006 (parcel of Clos Moleton first) and prepares for biodynamie for the entire production, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides and chemical herbicides, on fertilized soils in cow's manure. This area deals with the production of the nearby Brézé castle wines. We pay particular attention to the Saumur Coulée de Saint-Cyr 2010 which does not mark unanimity, but has the particularity of being "noble" and holding long and long in mouth, although his nose is discreet with vegetable and vanilla notes; similarly, the Champigny Red Lands 2011, à, which is flexible, greedy, and very fruity.
