Seasonal cuisine and local wines in a restaurant with terrace in Saint-Melaine-sur-Aubance.
You'll want to stop off in this pretty village to enjoy this discreet, efficient chef's excellent way of arranging food. One room inside, another on two levels, then an elegant shaded terrace. The menu offers genuine local dishes: veal kidneys in medallion with violet mustard, potato crush, French scallops with chanterelles and spinach fondue. For dessert, don't leave without trying the crêpes Suzette flambéed in Cointreau! A fine wine list, a real gourmet stopover!

Le service est volontairement rapide le midi en semaine et particulièrement la formule du jour car nous avons beaucoup d’actifs parmi nos clients
Bon séjour en France
Service and food was excellent. No English people there. Which is alway a bonus when we like to practice our very poor French. I would highly recommend here. And if in the area again will make a point of going back. Thank you.
