In order to get the best organoleptic qualities from the grapes, the estate went biodynamic in 2019. There is a range of Coteaux de l'Aubance, Cabernet d'Anjou, Crémants de Loire and Anjou-village-Brissac to be left to sleep in the cellar for several years. The estate's production has won numerous awards, including a gold medal at the Concours Agricole de Paris 2020 for its Coteau de l'Aubance and a silver medal at the Concours National des Crémants. The team is also a regular on the podium at the Vignerons Indépendants competition.
