This artist's studio boutique is a must-see, with windows opening onto the laboratory of Stéphane Bourdillat, his son and their team. The very fine chocolates include the classic nougatine and salted butter caramel ones, which are a knockout. The secret to their success? Quality ingredients, traditional recipes and an unshakeable passion for chocolate, enhanced with chilli, spices, fruit... You'll even find chocolates you won't dare break to taste! The owner also sculpts genuine works of art, absolutely delightful to the eye and the palate.
