The cuisine here is classic French (with a touch of Anjou), generous and perfectly executed: homemade foie gras or pan-fried scallops for starters, followed by grilled sea bass fillet or duck breast with morello cherry sauce. For dessert, the hazelnut panna cotta and Baileys-glazed parfait are great finds.
