Situated 5 minutes from the centre of Saumur and the large wine cellars, the troglodytic restaurant offers the local speciality: fouée cooked in a wood-fired oven to garnish with rillettes, terrine, vegetable tartar, smoked salmon, charcuterie, duck foie gras, mogettes (Vendée beans), homemade parsley butter.
