Restaurant offering refined cuisine and wines from local producers in Saumur.
In a 1900's bistro style, this restaurant seduces from the start with its pretty pistachio green façade. The decor is a testament to the refinement that will be found on the plate. On the menu, the star of the show is the Angevine beef Rouge des prés, accompanied by its delicate hazelnut butter and homemade fries (as much as you like!) or an assortment of vegetables. The dessert menu offers six delights, including an orange cake served with Combier triple-sec mousse. The wine list honors local producers: Château de Villeneuve, Domaine de l'Ours Bleu. Not to be missed.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
