This bistronomic restaurant boasts a beautiful view of the town and its castle. Chef Antoine Saumureau invites you to discover his fresh, inventive cuisine: for starters, pressé of free-range poultry with tapenade country ham and sauce vierge, followed by a shoulder of French pig confit. For dessert, indulge in a delicious strawberry crème brûlée with almond financier. The wine list is excellent, with over 120 references, the vast majority from the Loire Valley.

Très très bon restaurant !!! Bel emplacement, l’aménagement du côté bar et restaurant au TOP!! La cuisine ????‍???? toujours aussi parfaite et la présentation des assiettes impeccables !!! À refaire avec la famille ou des amis !! Merci pour ce bon repas !!????????????

Super accueil, chaleureux décontracté chambre très confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner très variés et dîner savoureux avec un service au top je recommande cet hôtel restaurant le cadre est idyllique le plus le jacuzzi nordique avec vue sur le château de Saumur Royal????
