Chef Mickaël Pihours is embarking on a new project in line with his commitment to preserving the planet and reducing his carbon footprint. La Table By Mi-K'Lmets plants and nature take center stage, both on the plate and in the dining room. To build his menu, Mickaël Pihours draws inspiration from the seasonal nature of products, as well as from short circuits, to support the local producers of the Saumur region. The restaurant takes its cue from the table d'hôte tradition, with dishes and sauces served at the table, where everyone serves themselves in a convivial atmosphere.
