After the starred Gambetta, Mickaël Pihours opened this Table in line with his commitment to preserving the planet and reducing our carbon footprint. The restaurant features plants and nature, both on the plate and in the dining room. To build his menu, Mickaël Pihours draws inspiration from the seasonal nature of products, as well as from short circuits, to support the local produce of the Saumur region. The restaurant takes its cue from the table d'hôte tradition, with dishes and sauces served at the table, where everyone serves themselves in a convivial atmosphere.
