A pleasant address, half brewery, half traditional restaurant, offering burgers and various dishes in Saumur.
A pleasantly colourful address in the heart of the city, Le 7 is located in a half-brewery, half-traditional restaurant spirit. The menu is enriched with some nice dishes and well worked vegetables. The atmosphere is pleasant, rather cosy and warm, with pretty spaces and original toilets. At the foot of the bar, the floor has a mosaic of cement tiles of the most beautiful effect. The terrace, on the Bilange square, still attracts many tourists and people from Saumur. On the other hand, some services require patience, but well, by sipping a good glass of champigny, time passes pleasantly. As for the dishes, in summer we enjoy the tartar, the well-filled and appetizing salad plates, we can also look at the choice of burgers... the one with camembert is tempting! Welcomed, the children find their happiness by playing in the small space dedicated to them. A place of freshness very well placed, where you feel comfortable.

There, it was an excellent surprise because the room is very welcoming, efficient and friendly staff. Our order was quickly taken and the service is perfect.
We took the menu and a bottle of Saumur Champigny, and here again the surprise was escellente.
Finally, a restaurant where is cooked house and where dishes do not leave luggage delivered by an industrialist puffs. Chips and are homemade. unfortunately as they soft because were probably not cooked in 3 times.
We are gone back a few week later and again it was perfect. With our opinion, it is the best address of the Bilange place in Saumur
