J'ai adoré le foie gras avec son verre de coteaux du Layon...Le pied de cochon aux lentilles et hachis parmentier aux truffes avec langue de bœuf....un mariage extraordinaire... Le tout accompagné d'un excellent chinon rouge. Vaut Le détour.
