Excellent burgers and traditional seasonal cuisine in a restaurant in Saumur.
This restaurant offers two types of cuisine: brasserie at lunchtime with, in particular, excellent burgers and more traditional cuisine in the evening. The menu is renewed according to the seasons and gives pride of place to fresh products. Some menus are oriented towards local specialties: rillauds, cheeses and mushrooms to garnish the fouées, but also to accommodate risottos and pastas. More exotic dishes can be appreciated. We will gladly end the meal with a pineapple tartlet flavored with rosemary. The service is efficient and pleasant. A good moment.
