A native of Lyon, chef Michel Marczak is attached to his native cuisine, and wanted to recreate the atmosphere of a bouchon here, with its traditional dishes and convivial ambience. The marriage of Lyonnais tradition and Angevine gentleness produces a perfectly successful result, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, with a personal decor that has been found over the years. The menu features 5 starters, 5 main courses and 5 desserts, such as this crispy andouillette pulled with string as a starter, followed by a pig's cheek with garlic cream... A Rabelaisian address just the way we like it!
