House proposing the sale and the tasting on the spot of the rich range of wines in Saumur.

Located 12 meters underground in the heart of Saumur, the cellars have been making Crémant de Loire and Brut Saumur since 1859 in the purest tradition. In this old tufa quarry dug in the 15th century, we discover the secrets of the traditional method. The guided tour is followed by a commented and personalized tasting. The house has opened an art gallery in the center of Saumur, Hémisphère, offering the sale and tasting of the rich range of wines. Unusual: Escape game in the cellar and investigation game in the gallery, on reservation.

Visite des caves sur réservation, Très sympathique équipe et une guide des caves qui maîtrise son sujet. On apprend et on révise !! Dégustation après la visite d'une sélection pertinente et vous avez la possibilité de déguster aussi un vin de votre choix, bravo c'est pas comme cela partout. D'ailleurs on repart avec 12 bouteilles !!

Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Jeu d'enquête très bien conçu. La dégustation qui a suivi n'a pas seulement été une dégustation de 5 vins, mais aussi un moment d'échange très chaleureux et instructif car nous avons eu de nombreuses informations sur la récolte, la fabrication, les différents crus, etc... Mais sous forme d'échange très dynamique, donc un vrai plaisir... Nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer et chacune de nous quatre a apprécié la découverte gustative, même celle qui ne buvait pas d'alcool! Merci à la maison Louis de Grenelle et à celui qui nous a accueillies car nous avons passé un très bon moment!
