A fairy with noble intentions bent over the cradle of Michaël Gouzy. Installed here since 2007 in a sober shop, it is in the laboratory that the character is expected. Here we are dealing with a craftsman who imagines every day what will furnish his beautiful gourmet stall. His buns can be brioche, of course, but some others are also flaky for an astonishing mouthfeel. We detected the famous croissants and pains au chocolat, then some cream pastries and amazing specialties such as the Fer à Cheval, a sweet and crispy puff pastry filled with apples, then the January galettes. The man of art likes to escape and constantly seek new pleasures; thus he has more than titillated our taste buds by creating a totally unexpected, crazy, destructured cake, too, but with a new taste, completely staggering. Semi puff pastry, semi-sanded, including hazelnut cream, apricot compote and powerful crumble on top More simply, you can enjoy an original picnic with local products and a delicious homemade dessert. Probably the best pastry address in Saumur!
