Certains se rappelleront avoir entendu parler de cet établissement dans l'émission de télévision " La meilleure boulangerie de France " (M6). Ce n'était pas mon cas ; simplement, passant souvent rue Saint Jean, j'y suis entré par curiosité et n'ai pas été déçu : les produits sont bons et le célèbre fer à cheval, sorte de chausson aux pommes caramélisé, mérite sa réputation, qu'on le mange tout de suite ou qu'on le rapporte pour le faire légèrement réchauffer au four...
